The short answer
AquaFutures is AquaFunded's futures arm: four one-step evaluations and Instant funding, all with an end-of-day max loss, no activation fee and a 90% split. The models differ in when consistency applies and how payouts are capped.
Key facts:
- Every 50K evaluation: $3,000 target, $2,000 EOD max loss, 4 minis, no minimum days.
- Standard 50K: $1,000 daily loss, no consistency until funded (40% then), $160 list.
- Flex 50K: $1,200 daily loss or none, 50% consistency in the challenge only, $131 or $156 list.
- Daily 50K: $1,000 daily loss, payout requests every day up to $1,100, $113 list.
Watch out:
- Flex No Daily Loss pays at most 3 rewards ($1,000 cap each on the 50K), then the funded account closes.
- Every daily loss limit is soft (trading stops for the day), but the EOD max loss still ends the account.
- After any payout the max loss floor locks at the starting balance + $100.
- Under 50% of profits may come from trades held less than 10 seconds.

Where these figures come from
Rules are copied from the AquaFutures help center (intercom.help/aquafutures-help-center), the futures support site AquaFunded links from its futures page: the Standard, Daily and Instant rules articles (updated 30 September 2026) and the two Flex FAQs (updated 5 October 2026). Articles marked '{Old}' in the same help center are not used. Prices are the list prices in the account configurator that aquafunded.com/futures loads, read on 20 October 2026; the figures in its rule tables match the articles. AquaFunded also sells CFD and crypto accounts; this guide covers only the futures products.

One Step Standard: no consistency rule until you are funded
The target is 6% ($3,000 on the 50K) with no minimum days and no consistency rule, so the evaluation can be passed in one day. The 50K has a $1,000 daily loss limit (a soft breach: positions close and trading stops until the next day) and a $2,000 EOD trailing max loss that locks at $52,100. Once funded, payouts are on demand with a 40% consistency rule, a $2,100 buffer on the 50K, a $500 minimum and a cap of $2,000 on the first payout and $2,500 after that. The 50K lists at $160.
What this means for you: Standard 50K: $3,000 target, $1,000 daily loss, $2,000 EOD max loss, 40% consistency only once funded.
Flex and Flex No Daily Loss: 50% consistency in the challenge only
Flex is the same one-step challenge with a 50% consistency rule in the challenge (so at least 2 days) and none once funded. You choose a version: with a $1,200 daily loss limit on the 50K (list $131; rewards up to 50% of profits, capped at $2,000 per request, unlimited rewards, up to 5 funded accounts) or with no daily loss limit (list $156; capped at $1,000 per reward, 3 rewards and the funded account closes, one funded account at a time, no path to live). Both need 5 winning days of at least $200 (50K) per reward, and the $2,000 EOD max loss locks at the starting balance.
What this means for you: Flex 50K: $1,200 daily loss ($131) or none ($156, 3 rewards max).
Daily: payouts every day, with a cap
Daily has a 40% consistency rule in the evaluation only, a $1,000 daily loss limit and a $2,000 EOD max loss on the 50K, locking at $52,100. Once funded you can ask for a payout every eligible day, up to $1,100 a day on the 50K, above a $52,100 balance, with $550 of new net profit needed from the second payout on. The 50K lists at $113, the lowest of the four evaluations.
What this means for you: Daily 50K: payout requests every day up to $1,100, $113 list.
Instant: no evaluation, 20% consistency on every payout
Instant accounts come in 25K-150K; the 25K has a $1,000 daily loss limit and a $1,500 EOD max loss. On the 50K the daily loss limit is $1,250 and the EOD max loss $2,000; the first payout needs $3,000 profit and later ones $2,500, each capped at $2,000, and no single day may reach 20% of the cycle's profits. The 50K lists at $453.34 (25K $287).
What this means for you: Instant 50K: $3,000 first payout goal, $2,000 cap, $453.34 list.
Rules shared by every model
The split is 90% from the first payout, with no activation fee and no monthly fee. News trading is allowed. Less than 50% of profits may come from trades held under 10 seconds. Trade copiers are allowed only between accounts you own; copying another trader or signals is prohibited. After any payout the max loss floor locks at the starting balance + $100 ($50,100 on the 50K).
What this means for you: 90% split, no activation fee, news allowed, floor locks at start + $100 after a payout.
FAQ
What are the AquaFutures One Step Standard rules at each size?
Profit targets are $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000 on the 50K, 100K and 150K (6%). The soft daily loss limit is $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000 and the EOD trailing max loss is $2,000, $3,500 and $5,000; it locks at $52,100, $103,600 and $155,100. There is no consistency rule and no minimum days in the evaluation, so you can pass in one day; once funded a 40% consistency rule applies to payouts. Max size is 4, 8 and 12 minis (40, 80, 120 micros).
What is the difference between AquaFutures Flex and Flex No Daily Loss?
Both have the same targets, a $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 EOD max loss (50K / 100K / 150K) that locks at the starting balance, a 50% consistency rule in the challenge only (so 2 days minimum) and 5 winning days per reward ($200, $250, $300 a day). Flex adds a soft daily loss limit of $1,200, $1,700 and $3,000, pays up to 50% of profits per request capped at $2,000, $2,500 and $3,000, has no limit on the number of rewards and allows up to 5 funded accounts. Flex No Daily Loss caps each reward at $1,000, $1,500 and $2,000, closes the funded account after the third reward and allows one funded account at a time.
How do AquaFutures Daily payouts work?
Once funded you can request a payout every eligible day, capped at $1,100, $2,200 and $3,300 a day on the 50K, 100K and 150K. The balance must first exceed the buffer ($52,100, $103,600, $155,100), the minimum payout is $500, and from the second payout you need new net profit of $550, $1,000 or $1,500 since the last one. The evaluation has a 40% consistency rule; the funded account has none.
What are the AquaFutures Instant account rules?
There is no evaluation. Sizes are 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K with a soft daily loss limit of $1,000, $1,250, $2,500 and $3,000 and an EOD max loss of $1,500, $2,000, $3,500 and $4,500. A 20% consistency rule applies to every payout. The first payout needs $1,500, $3,000, $6,000 or $9,000 profit, later ones $1,000, $2,500, $4,000 or $6,000, with a cap of $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 or $3,000 per payout.
