FTMO Futures Growth vs Pro: profit targets, daily loss and consistency rules

By TradeDesk HQ editorial desk · checked 2026-10-14 against the official sources below

The short answer

Both FTMO Futures plans use the same profit targets ($3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 for 50K / 100K / 150K). Pro adds a hard Daily Loss Limit ($1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000) and a 50% consistency rule; Growth has no Daily Loss Limit in the Evaluation and a 40% consistency rule.

Evaluation

Pass by hitting the Profit Target while respecting all objectives; there is no time limit. Pro's Hard Daily Loss Limit fails the Evaluation if hit. Consistency: your best day may count for at most 50% of total profit on Pro and 40% on Growth.

Sim-Funded Account

No profit target and no consistency rule; the Max Drawdown still applies. Growth gets a softer Daily Loss Limit, Pro keeps a hard one. Payouts: 5 qualifying days on Pro, 4 on Growth, each above a minimum daily profit; keep 90% of simulated profits; request a payout every 5 days (Pro) or 4 days (Growth), up to the payout cap.

Scale

FTMO states unlimited Evaluation accounts, up to 3 Sim-Funded accounts and up to $450,000 in simulated capital.
