The short answer
Phidias' Fundamental account comes in 50K, 100K and 150K sizes with one Evaluation step. Size sets the profit target, the EOD trailing drawdown, the contract limit, the price and the payout caps. Every size needs 3 minimum trading days, has no daily loss limit and no Evaluation consistency rule, and funded payouts are split 80/20.
Key facts:
- 50K: $4,000 target, $2,500 EOD trailing drawdown, 10 E-mini / 100 micro, $164 a month plus $149 activation or $580 one-time, max withdrawal $2,000 per period.
- 100K: $6,000 target, $3,000 drawdown, 14 E-mini / 140 micro, $273 a month plus $149 activation or $723 one-time, max withdrawal $2,500.
- 150K: $9,000 target, $4,500 drawdown, 17 E-mini / 170 micro, $420 a month plus $169 activation or $863 one-time, max withdrawal $2,750.
- Every size: 3 minimum trading days, no daily loss limit, no Evaluation consistency rule, 30% consistency on the funded account, 10 trading days between payouts, 80/20 split.
Watch out:
- The activation fee applies only on Monthly billing; One-Time Payment has no activation fee.
- Positions must be closed before the end of the trading day; overnight and over-week holds are not permitted.
- A funded trading day counts toward the 10 only if it shows at least $150 of profit on the 50K ($200 on 100K, $250 on 150K).
- No single funded day can exceed 30% of total profit.
- Prices are list prices before discounts; on 19 October 2026 the homepage banner read '85% Off OTP & Up to 60% Off Evals.' The price at checkout can differ.

Where these figures come from
Every rule is copied from Phidias' rules page (phidiaspropfirm.com/rules), as fetched on 19 October 2026: the Fundamental Account Grid, EOD Rules, Overnight & Over-Week Positions, Consistency Policy, 30% Consistency Rule, Withdrawal Rules, CASH Account Activation Fees and Commissions per Asset sections. Prices and reset fees come from the price configurator data on Phidias' homepage (phidiaspropfirm.com), read on 19 October 2026. They are list prices before discounts; that day the homepage banner read '85% Off OTP & Up to 60% Off Evals.' The price at checkout can differ. This guide covers the Fundamental account only.
What this means for you: Every figure is from Phidias' own rules page or homepage price data on the check date; prices are list prices before discounts.
Monthly or One-Time Payment: which costs less
Phidias sells each Fundamental size two ways. On Monthly the subscription recurs as long as the account is not validated or canceled, and passing triggers the activation fee ($149 on 50K and 100K, $169 on 150K). On One-Time Payment there is no activation fee for switching to the CASH account. At list prices a 50K passed in the first month costs $164 + $149 = $313 on Monthly, against $580 on One-Time Payment, so Monthly costs less if you pass within two months ($164 x 2 + $149 = $477), and One-Time Payment costs less from the third month ($164 x 3 + $149 = $641).
What this means for you: If you expect to pass within two months, Monthly plus the activation fee costs less at list prices; from the third month One-Time Payment is cheaper and has no activation fee.
Evaluation: what passing takes
The 50K needs $4,000 of profit, at least 3 trading days and no end-of-day close through the $2,500 drawdown. The Evaluation has no consistency rule and no daily loss limit, and news trading is authorized. If you fail, you can buy a reset or wait 30 days for an automatic reset.
What this means for you: Hit the profit target (50K: $4,000) in at least 3 trading days without an end-of-day close through the drawdown.
How the EOD trailing drawdown works
Phidias calculates the drawdown at the end of each trading day, from realized profit only, and the liquidation level stays fixed for the day. Its own examples: start at $50,000 and the liquidation level is $47,500; end the day $500 up and it moves to $48,000. Start at $50,000 with a $47,500 liquidation level; make $1,000 in the morning and the level is still $47,500, so you could lose $3,500 from that point before liquidation that day. In the Evaluation the drawdown keeps trailing until the end; on funded accounts it stops at $50,100 (50K) and $100,100 (100K).
What this means for you: Only realized end-of-day profit moves the line, and on a funded 50K it stops trailing at $50,100.
Funded CASH account: consistency and payouts
On the funded CASH account no single day can exceed 30% of total profit, calculated over at least 4 trading days; if a day breaks it, you can bring it back in line by growing total profit. Payouts need 10 trading days between requests, and a day counts only with at least $150 of profit on the 50K. The 50K needs a $52,600 balance to withdraw, the balance cannot fall below $50,100 afterwards, the minimum withdrawal is $500 and the maximum per period is $2,000. The split is 80/20.
What this means for you: Before each 50K payout: 10 trading days with at least $150 profit each, a $52,600 balance and no day above 30% of total profit.
Trading hours, overnight and commissions
Fundamental positions must be closed before the end of the trading day; overnight and over-week holds are not permitted, and failing to close is a disqualification. Commissions are charged per side and depend on the broker: MNQ is $0.79 on Rithmic and $0.75 on Tradovate / NinjaTrader, NQ $2.20 and $2.68.
What this means for you: Flat by the end of each trading day; MNQ costs $0.79 per side on Rithmic and $0.75 on Tradovate / NinjaTrader.
What this guide does not cover
Phidias' other accounts have different rules: Express to Live (static drawdown, no minimum days), Premium (overnight holds, 1 minimum day, progressive split) and the 10K Drawdown Challenge. The move to a LIVE account after 5 payouts or $100,000 of cumulative profit is discretionary.
What this means for you: Express to Live, Premium and the 10K Drawdown Challenge have different rules; check those separately.

How does the Phidias EOD trailing drawdown work?
The drawdown is calculated at the end of each trading day and does not change during the day. When your balance closes at a new peak, the line moves up by the realized profit only. On a 50K starting at $50,000 the line starts at $47,500; if you end the day $500 up it moves to $48,000. In the Evaluation it trails until the end of the evaluation; on a funded account it stops at $50,100 on the 50K and $100,100 on the 100K.
What does a Phidias Fundamental CASH account need before a payout?
At least 10 trading days between payouts, where a day counts only if it shows a profit of at least $150, $200 or $250 by size; a balance of at least $52,600, $103,700 or $154,500; no single day above 30% of total profit; and a $500 minimum withdrawal. The balance after a withdrawal cannot fall below $50,100, $100,100 or $150,100, and the maximum per payment period is $2,000, $2,500 or $2,750. The split is 80% to the trader and 20% to Phidias, paid via RISEWORKS.io.
What are Phidias' MNQ commissions?
Commissions depend on the broker and data feed: MNQ is $0.79 per side on CME Group (Rithmic) and $0.75 per side on Tradovate / NinjaTrader. NQ is $2.20 per side on Rithmic and $2.68 per side on Tradovate / NinjaTrader. The page says these amounts are indicative and may change.
